英国大学科研成本分担主要遵循可持续性、全部经济成本和分类定价等三个原则。在这些原则的指导下,针对不同的科研项目资助者和大学自身发展的需求,英国大学采取两种不同的科研成本分担策略:基于成本的策略和基于市场的策略,前者是主要的策略,而后者主要针对企业资助的科研项目。

Research cost-sharing of British universities mainly follows three principles： Sustainability, full economic cost, pricing differentially. Under these principles, British universities adopt different strategies for research cost-sharing by different research founders and the needs of university self-development： cost-based strategy and market-based strategy.
