Neutral chairperson is the important way of action research and curriculum action research . It is widely used in various fields of education and teaching . The author aims to offer some enlightenment on English teaching of vocational colleges from neutral chairperson after researching on the nature of neutral chairperson and on the analysis of the present situation of English teaching in vocational colleges of China.
