摘要
以宽带数字储频PCB设计为例,讨论了宽带数字模拟混合电路PCB的模拟地和数字地、模拟电源和数字电源的分区设计方法,该方法有效地减小了由电源和地引起的干扰,缩短了信号电流回流路径,从而避免了因错误分区设计产生的电磁兼容性问题。
Taking the design of wideband digita lfrequency memory PCB for example,this paper discusses the direct design method of analog ground,digital ground,analog power supply digital ground in the ultra-wideband digital simulation mixed circuit PCB.It effectively decreases the interference caused by power supply and ground,shortens the signal current loop route,thereby avoids lots of EMC problems caused by wrong space-sharing.
