摘要
论文采用松节油为芯材、明胶和阿拉伯胶为壁材,运用复合凝聚法制备了一种具有核-壳结构的皮革防霉剂。在论文中,笔者研究了pH值对明胶和阿拉伯胶复合凝聚的影响,绘制了明胶和阿拉伯胶的pH值凝聚区间图;讨论了温度、时间、转速和表面活性剂的用量等对乳液稳定性和粒径的影响,确定了乳化的最佳条件:50℃;15min转速为900r/min;表面活性剂为4%;分析了产品的显微形态,产品具有核-壳结构,粒径在10~30微米左右。
A leather mildew preventive with nuclear - sheel structure was prepared by complex coacervation, where turpentine is the core material and the mixture of gelatin and gum acacia is the wall material. In the paper, The influence of the pH value on complex coacervation of gelatin and gum acacia was researched, the pH interval of coacervation was determined by a graph. The impact of temperature, time, rotational speed and use level of surfactant on latex stability and particle was discussed, whose optimal emulsifying fators were defined. 50℃; 15 min; 900 r/min; 4%. The micro-shape of product was analysed, which is with nuclear-sheell structure whose grain diameter is in 10~30 micron.
