不同皮试液配制方法对皮试液浓度影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究现配皮试液浓度的影响因素,探讨能达到理论要求的皮试液浓度的正确配制方法,确保病人用药安全。方法利用紫外分光光度计,以头孢唑啉钠为例,正确测量9种临床上常用及本人改进后不同方法配制的皮试液浓度,与理论浓度进行比较,并对影响因素也进行比较。结果方法1、3、5与理论浓度比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),方法2、4、6、7、8、9与理论浓度比较,差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。影响因素与第一次稀释液量、是否减去针头与乳头内的容量、稀释次数之间差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论现配皮试液时应注意第一次密封瓶内稀释液量、针头与乳头内的容量、稀释次数对皮试液浓度的影响,根据临床情况选择合适方法。 Objective To study effect factors of solution concentration for skin test, and to explore the correct confecting methods by which the solution concentration for skin test can be theoretically reached, thus to provide a secure medical treatment for patients. Method Taking Cefamedin as an example, an ultraviolet spectrophotometer was used to correctly measure the concentration of 9 kinds of pre-prepared solution for skin test, which are often clinically used and improved by myself. And a contrastive study is made between the above measured result and the theoretical concentration, and the effect factors are also analyzed and compared. Result There were significant difference on the solution concentration by methods 1, 3 and 5 (P〈0.05). There were no significant difference in solution concentration by methods 2, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 (P〉0.05). the effect factor were the diluent times, the amount of the first diluent, whether to subtract the capacity of a pinhead and a nipple. Conclusion When to confect Pre-preparing solution for skin test, attention must be paid to the amount of diluted liquid in the sealed bottle when first opened, and the capacity of a pinhead and a nipple, and the influence of diluent times on the concentration of solution for skin test, so that a suitable clinical method can be adopted.
