摘要
目的探讨规范的心理护理对脑卒中后抑郁患者的抑郁症状缓解和神经功能缺损康复的影响。方法将64例首发脑卒中并伴有抑郁的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例,对治疗组给予规范的心理护理干预,而对照组按常规心理护理。用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和脑卒中神经功能缺损评分表(CSS)分别于治疗前及治疗后第1、2、3、4周末对患者进行疗效评定。结果治疗组与对照组之间的HAMD评分和CSS评分在治疗前无差别(p>0.05);治疗后1周末和2周末未出现差别,治疗组有低于对照组的趋势,但统计学分析差异无显著性(p>0.05);治疗后3周末和4周末治疗组均低于对照组,统计学分析差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论规范的心理护理治疗能显著缓解患者的抑郁症状,改善神经功能缺损评分,有助于脑卒中后抑郁患者的全面康复。
Objective：To explore the effects of mental nursing to relieve the post--stroke depression （DSP） symptoms and rehabilitate the nerve function. Methods..64 stroke patients for the first time were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group were adopted systematic mental nursing measures, while the control group were adopted the regular ones. We evaluate the effectsat the end of 1,2,3,4 week using HAMD Scale and CSS Scale. Results：The values of H AMD and CSS had no differences before treatment, p〉 0.05＇ The two variable still had no differences at the end of the 1 weeks and 2 weeks, p〉0.05; But at the end of the 3 weeks and 4 weeks there were significant differences between the two groups, the values of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group, p〈0.05. Conclusion：Systematic mental nursing measures can effectively improve the DSP symptoms and nerve function.
