医院肿瘤患者对PICC置管术认同的调查分析

目的了解肿瘤患者对PICC置管术的认同情况,使更多的肿瘤化疗患者受益于PICC技术。方法采用自行设计调查表,对住院一周以上的68例肿瘤化疗患者进行问卷调查分析。结果15例已接受PICC术的患者对该技术的安全性、舒适度、血管的保护作用的认同达100%,86.67%患者不担心费用、平时生活和护理问题。53例未接受PICC术的主要原因是:经济承受能力有限;担心技术不成熟;对平时生活有妨碍;或不了解PICC术的作用和优缺点。结论尊重患者对治疗的选择权,让患者应用安全、可靠的新技术,医护人员应加强对患者广泛宣传PICC技术的相关知识,加强新技术、新知识培训和应用。

Purpose：find out the situation ot tumour patients approval to PICC Encheiresis so as to prompt more Chemo-treatment Patients to profit from the PICC Encheiresis. method：carry on the questionnaire survey to aim at 68 Chemo-treatment Patients who was hospitalized more than a week in our hospital, outcome：all of 15 patients who had accepted the PICC Encheiresis believe that this technique is secure,painless and protective to blood vessel,86.67%of these patients do not worry about the expense,daily life and nursing questions. The primary cause of other 53 patients had not accepted the PICC Encheiresis is that,75.47%of these patients worry about the expense, 67.92% worry about the degree of maturation of this technique, 92.49 % worry about the influence of daily life, 83.02 % -88.68% worry about normal nursing in or out of hospital,35%-44%do not understand the functions and the advantages and disadvantages of PICC. Conclusions： Encheiresis we should respect patient, options of treatment, let patient use secure and, reliable new techniques. And medical worker should strengthen to propagandize the related knowledge of PICC Encheiresis and the training and the application of this new technique.
