It is difficult to share data among departments without a uniform information platform in a large hoggery, so it is not easy to improve efficiency of swine product. RFID technology can be used as identification of pig, and it has a better application prospect in swine product. An information platform based on RFID was propos ed, thereby data and operation share among different departments can be implemented and some better economy and sociality benefit can be achieved.
