摘要
利用人工投加菌对土壤中农药残留进行生物降解与修复的试验,分别探讨了外加菌在土壤中降解性能、在土壤中移动与存活时间、菌剂用量和最佳修复条件等。结果表明,本试验用的DLL-1菌对土壤中农药具有较强的降解能力,投加降解菌在土壤中的作用深度约0 ̄6cm。在试验条件下,最适菌剂用量约30kg·hm-2,对土壤中农药降解去除率达80%以上。本试验结果为开发农药污染土壤的生物修复技术提供了实验依据。
Biodegradation and removal of pesticide in soil by a bacterial strain (DLL-1) was studied. The characteristics of biodegradation, movement and living of pesticide in surface soil, and the effect of application amounts of bacterial strain (DLL-1) and concentration of pesticide in soil on biodegradation and removal were discussed. The experimental results showed that DLL-1 had strong capacity to remove pesticide residue from soil. DLL-1 could move to surface soil layer (0-6 cm). The degradation rate of Pesticide residue was more than 80 % when 30 kg. hm^-2 of DLL-1 was added in soil. These results could provide an experimental support to develop bioremediation of pesticide contaminated soil.
