经阴道超声检查178例宫颈癌回顾性分析

目的探讨阴道超声在宫颈癌诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析178例经病理诊断证实并作阴道超声检查的宫颈癌声像图特征。结果178例中鳞状细胞癌164例,腺癌10例,混合癌4例。声像图表现早期无特异性,中晚期有宫颈低回声团块或内部回声不均等特征性的改变。结论阴道超声对中、晚期宫颈癌有较高的诊断价值,有助于临床分期。

Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal ultrasonic diagnosis in the cervical carcinoma. Methods Retrospective analysis of the ultrasonic characteristic of 178 padents with cervical carcinoma who had transvagirud ultrasonic diagnosis and were confirmed by pathology. Result 164 cases （94 % ）were Squarnous cell carcinoma, 10cases （5 % ） were adenocarcinoma, 4 cases （ 1% ）were mingled carcinoma. There were no specific ultrasonic characteristic in the early stage, but in the middle and later stage, specific changes such as low - echo mass or no even echo in cervical could be seen. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound has diagnostic value in cervical carcinoma of middle and later stage and is helpful in clinic staging.
