摘要 目的研究微血管密度(MVD)和血小板凝集素1(Thrombospondin-1,TSP-1)的表达与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织生物学行为的关系。方法用免疫组化法检测42例NSCLC组织和40例肺癌旁组织中TSP-1的表达及MVD的改变。结果NSCLC组织中MVD明显高于正常肺组织,MVD与淋巴结转移及临床分期有关。NSCLC组织中TSP-1的阳性表达率显著低于正常肺组织。TSP-1的表达与淋巴结转移、病理类型和临床分期有关。鳞癌组织TSP-1表达阳性者MVD比TSP-1表达阴性者明显下降。而腺癌组织中TSP-1表达阳性者MVD与TSP-1表达阴性者MVD无统计学差异。结论MVD是反映NSCLC患者病期进展的良好指标,TSP-1的低表达与非小细胞肺癌的浸润性发展有密切关系。其机制可能不仅仅与影响肿瘤血管生成有关。 Objective To investigate the relationship of microvessel density (MVD) and thrombesondin - 1 (TSP - 1 ) expression and the biological behaviors for non - small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Method MVD and TSP - 1 expression in 42 cases of NSCLC and 40 cases of normal lung tissue was tested with immununohistochemisty methods . Results MVD in NSCLC was increased significantly than that in normal lung tissue. MVD is related with lymph nodes metastasis and clinical stage, The positive expression rate of TSP - 1 in NSCLC is lower than that in normal lung tissue. The expression of TSP - 1 is related with lymph nodes metastasis and clinical stage as well as pathological type. MVD in the cases with positive TSP - 1 expression decreased obviously than that in the cases with negative TSP - 1 expression for squamous cell carcinoma , but not for adenocarcinoma eases. Conclusions MVD is a well progressive indicator for NSCLC. There is a close relationship between the low expression of TSP - 1 and the aggressive development of NSCLC. TSP - 1 might not be a simply anti - angiogenie factor.
