趋向城市化成熟阶段的广州土地利用类型转换动态

The types transforming of land use to the urbanization mature phase on Guangzhou

城市化发展是非均衡的,体现在时间上的阶段性和地区上的差异性。在中国城市化快速发展的大背景下,广州市城市化水平走在全国前列,城市化发展日趋成熟;就处于趋向城市化成熟时期的广州土地利用类型转换的动态变化作了初步研究,重点分析了新时期广州市耕地面积及农作物种植结构的变化趋势;结论是趋向城市化成熟阶段的广州市土地利用类型转换趋向缓和,土地利用结构日趋合理。

Urbanization development is not at equilibrium, which shows phases in time domain and difference at district domain. Under the background that China urbanization develops rapidly, Guangzhou＇s urbanization level is at the prior of the country, and its urbanization development is more and more mature. In this article, the author gives the preliminary research on the dynamic transforming of land use types of Guangzhou, which is at its mature phase of urbanization. Especially, the author focus on analysis on the change trend of the farmland area and crop sown structure. And then reaches the conclusion that the trend of land use types transforming has tended to mitigation and the land use structure has tended to be reasonable.
