基于土地利用现状评价的黑龙江省分区

Distribution based on the evaluation of land utilization in Heilongjiang Province

黑龙江省是我国自然条件较优越并且开发潜力较大的一个省;应用评价系数法和特尔菲法对该省13个市地的土地利用现状进行评价,根据评价系数的分级标准将13个市地分成3个土地利用现状区,找出各区土地利用的特点及弱点,明确了为促进区域经济均衡发展,未来一段时间内各区的发展方向应为充分发挥资源环境优势,大力提高土地集约经营程度以及土地利用综合效益。

Heilongjiang is one of the provinces which have the good natural condition as well as a large exploited potential comparatively in China. The methods of evaluation coefficient has been employed in this paper to appraise the land utilization of 13 cities, and then the distribution has been done according to the ranking standard of appraisal index, and the feature and shorts of each distribution has been found out. For promoting the balanced development of regional economy, in future, with completely using advantages of local resources and environments, great extent of land-intensive management and efficacy of land utilization will be improved hardly for Heilongjiang province.
