高血压性小脑出血26例临床分析

本文报告高血压住小脑出血26例．除高血压外大部分病例起病的主要表现为头痛、眩晕、呕吐、不同程度的意识障碍，以及躯体性共济失调、眼球震颤、构音障碍等．CT扫描结合病史采访一般都能迅速明确诊断。对高血压性小脑出血的手术适应症及影响预后的有关因素提出讨论。

This article reported 26 cases of hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage.Headache, vertigo,vomiting and mental disorder in different degree were common feature in early stage excepte for hypertension in all patients,and then somatic ataxia nystagmus,dysarthria etc,were been met in order. rsagnosed quickly and correctly by CT scaning based on clinical condition. Operative indications and prognostic factors were discussed in brief.
