摘要
通过SF-36量表评价长期八段锦锻炼对老年人生存质量的影响,验证新编健身气功八段锦的健身价值。选取无锻炼习惯的健康老年男女各100人(男61—65岁;女56—60岁),随机分为八段锦锻炼组和对照组。锻炼组习练新编健身气功八段锦6个月,每周7次,每次1h。实验开始前、实验3个月和6个月,分别对受试者进行SF-36量表测试。测试结果发现:经过一段时间的“新编健身气功八段锦”锻炼后,老年人的躯体功能(PF)、躯体健康问题导致的角色受限(RP)、生命活力(VT)、社交能力(SF)、生理健康总评(PCS)和心理健康总评(MCS)的得分明显提高(P〈0.05),而情感问题所致的角色受限(RE)和精神健康(MH)在整个实验期间变化趋势不稳定。研究结果提示新编健身气功八段锦可以明显地提高老年人的生存质量。SF-36量表用于评价八段锦锻炼对老年人健康干预的效果时具有较高的敏感性。
The effects of long-term Baduanjin exercise on old aged people's life quality are evaluated with SF-36 scale, which will prove the healthy effects of new Baduanjin. 100 men (6165 years old) and 100 women (5660 years old) were respectively divided into 2 groups: exercise group and control group. The exercise group practiced new Baduanjin one hour per time, seven times per week for six months. They were measured with SF-36 scale before experiment, three months and six months after experiment. PF, RP, VT, SF, PCS and MCS in exercise group had a significant increase after experiment (P 〈 0.05), while RE and MH in exercise group had no significant changes. Therefore, new Baduanjin can obviously improve old people' s llfe quality. SF-36 scale has a high sensitivity in health evaluation of new Baduanjin.
