耐力项目运动员高强度间歇训练生物学机制研究进展 被引量:12

The Advancement of Research on the Biological Mechanisms of High-Intensity Interval Training for Endurance Event Athletes

摘要 次最大强度训练对经过长期训练的耐力运动员的运动成绩提高作用甚少。研究发现通过高强度的间歇训练(HIT)可以提高他们的运动成绩,但是,关于耐力运动员HIT的相关生物学机制并不十分清楚。现就耐力运动员高强度间歇训练的相关生物学机制的研究进展加以总结和展望。 An increase of sub-maximal intensity training does not work to further enhance long-term trained endurance athletes' endurance performance. Some studies indicate that, for the elite athletes who are already trained, the improvements in endurance performance can be achieved by the high-intensity interval training (HIT). However, the biological mechanisms of HIT remain unclear at present. The biological mechanisms about HIT for highly trained endurance athletes will be summarized and viewed here.
