摘要
针对萤石传统捕收剂——油酸的凝固点高,常温下在矿浆中难以分散,必须加热到30℃以上才能得到良好的浮选效果特点,研究采用了新型萤石捕收剂,无须加热,在-10℃以上实现常温浮选,省去加热所需的巨大锅炉投资以及燃煤产生的高能耗与环境的严重污染,大大提高企业经济效益;采用粗磨粗选抛尾、粗精矿再磨,使微细粒萤石与石英充分地单体解离;同时采用精选补加硫化钠抑制石英,得到了含硅量低于1.0%,品位高于97%,总回收率高于87%的高品级萤石。
Oleic acid is a traditional fluorite collector that has a high freezing point and is difficult to disperse in slurry under normal temperature. It should be heated up over 30℃ to achieve good flotation effect. A new fluorite collector was adopted in this study. It can realize flotation under normal temperature over - 10℃ and needs not heat. The new technology can save a large amount of boiler investment and high energy consumption of coal, reduce pollution of the environment and greatly increase economic benefits of enterprises. The rough grinding and the rough concentration processes were used, tailings were rejected and rough concentrates were reground, which made sufficient liberation of fine fluorite and quartz. By adding sodium sulphide to depress quartz in the cleaning, high grade fluorite concentrate can be gained, whose content of silicon is under 1.0% , grade is over 97% and recovery is higher than 87%.
