An Axiological Study of Responsibility

责任问题是一个价值问题,责任概念是根据价值概念来界定的。责任的价值具有两重性,即既具有目的价值也具有手段价值。责任的手段价值表现为责任存在的意义,它从宏观上表现为责任的社会价值,从具体上表现为责任的法律价值和道德价值。

From the perspective of axiology, responsibility is defined by the concept of value. responsibility is an issue of value and therefore the concept of Responsibility has twofold values ： the instrumental value and the purposeful value. The instrumental value of responsibility reveals itself as the significance of existence of responsibility. Responsibility incarnates its value in three forms ： its social value, legal value and moral value.
