摘要
现有研究大多认为,权势转移必将导致霸权战争。本文的论证表明,权势转移理论有机整合了现实主义、自由主义与建构主义理论,其中蕴含着权势和平转移的内涵与条件。这种条件包括两个方面:即体系中的崛起国选择和平发展道路,而主导国对崛起国的和平发展予以包容。中国已经选择了和平发展道路,因此透析权势转移理论中所蕴含的主导国包容崛起国的条件,对中国的对美战略选择有着重大启示。
Most current scholars believe that power transition will inevitably result in hegemonic war. This paper holds that the theory of power transition integrates elements of realism, liberalism, and constructivism, making it possible for peaceful power transition to occur if certain conditions are met, that is, if the challenger chooses a course of peaceful development, and if the hegemony side chooses to tolerate this. Since China has chosen the road of peaceful development, it is of great importance that China should take serious considerations into the second condition and decide on her American strategies accordingly.
