摘要
工业锅炉作为一种重要的热能动力设备被广泛运用,但其平均运行效率较低,造成了大量能源浪费。提高运行效率的方法除了对锅炉进行技术改造外还可以通过对运行工况进行调整来实现,以一台1.4MW链条炉排热水锅炉作为研究对象,分析、改进影响其运行的因素,取得了较好的节能效果。
Industrial boiler is wildly used as an important thermal drive facility, but it is a big energy waste since its lower running efficiency, the way promotes the efficiency is regulating working condition as well as technique reconstruction. The factors influenced the running of 1.4 MW catenulate furnace outlet were analyzed and ameliorated ,and made a better efficiency of energy conservation.
