摘要
对黑液煤浆的灰成分进行分析,对燃烧普通水煤浆和黑液煤浆的工业锅炉进行了热工和环境测试,理论分析和测试结果均证明黑液煤浆燃料具有显著的脱硫效果,无需增设其它脱硫措施即可满足环保要求,是治理燃煤SO2污染的一种经济、高效途径。
This paper analyzed ash composition of Coal-Black liquor Mixture (CBM). The thermodynamical and environmental tests were done on industrial boilers burning common Coal-Water Mixture (CWM) and CBM. The theoretical analysis and testing results both prove that CBM has significant desulphurizing effects. The environmental order can be satisfied without adding any other desulphurizing measures. It is an economic and high efficient way to treat with the SO2 pollution of burning coal.
