摘要
采用乙醇溶液中溶解脂肪酸和超声波分散的方法研究微米级CaS∶Eu荧光粉颗粒表面均匀包覆硬脂酸(SA).用IR与XRD表征了包覆物(硬脂酸)与CaS∶Eu颗粒表面的结合情况.采用荧光光谱测试了荧光粉包覆前后的荧光性质和耐候性.用粒度分布表征了荧光粉的粒径变化情况,通过平均粒径推算出最佳包覆厚度是1.67μm.研究表明包覆后的荧光粉的耐候性能明显增强.
CaS : Eu phosphor surface were coated by method of solution stearic acid and ultrasonic dispersed in ethanol solvent. Chemical bond between stearic acid and CaS: Eu particle surface were characterized using IR and powder X-ray diffraction (XRD). Water and weather resistance properties of the particles were analysized by photolumi spectra and intensity. The results of particle size distribution indicate that a layer of much smaller stearic acid (about 1. 67 μm) coating particles indeed covered on the surface of phosphor, and the effects against moist air of coated CaS : Eu particles was enhanced remarkably.
