摘要 光子射频移相器是光控相控阵的关键器件,近几年引起了广泛的关注。介绍了基于光实时延迟线、基于外差混频技术和基于矢量和技术的光子射频移相器,对其工作原理和技术特点作了分析。集成光学技术的发展将推动光子射频移相器向集成化、微型化的方向发展。 Photonic RF phase shifter is the core part of optically controlled phased array, it arouses general concern in recent years. Photonic RF phase shifters based on OTID (optical true time delay), heteredyne mixing technique and vector sum technique were introduced. The principles and features were proposed and analyzed. With the development of integrated photonic, micromation and integration were the main tendency of photonic RF phase shifter.
