摘要
在水温为(20±0.5)℃,pH值为7.8-8.6条件下研究了铜和苯酚对锯齿米虾的急性毒性效应.结果表明:随着铜和苯酚浓度的不断增大,锯齿米虾的存活时间越来越短,鳃和肝脏的颜色变得越来越深.锯齿米虾48h内在铜离子溶液中的半致死浓度为2.333mg/L,安全浓度为:0.2333mg/L;在苯酚溶液中96h的半致死浓度为30.25mg/L,安全浓度3.025mgL/。
The effects of copper and phenol for Caridina denticulata were studied at pH of 7.8- 8.6 and temperature of (20 ± 0. 5) ℃. The results revealed that the survival time of the Caridina denticulata would become shorter with the increase of Cu^2 + and phenol concentration, the colour of gill and liver would become darker. The LC50 of Cu^2 + is 2. 333 mg/L at 48 h and the safety concentration is 0. 233 3 mg/L. The LC50 of phenol is 30. 25 mg/L at 96 h and the safety concentration is 3.025 rng/L.
