摘要
针对网络教学资源建设的现状及在网络教学资源建设中存在的主要问题，提出了加强网络教学资源建设的具体措施，并就高校如何转变网络教学资源建设理念进行了分析。
In view of the present situation and major problems of network-based instructional resources construction, the paper offers some measures to strengthen network-based instructional resources, and expounds on the conception of transforming the construction of network-based instructional resources.
