在分析网络多媒体教学设计的理念与原则的基础上，重点论述了现代教育技术培训中不同环节的设计要点，并结合应用效果调查，指出使用基于网络的“双主体
”CAI课件进行培训的优越性。
Based on the analysis of the concept and principle of design of network multimediaaided teaching, the paper focuses on the design essentials in different links of training in modern educational technology. Finally, by combining the survey on the application effects of network multimedia-based instruction design in the training, this paper stresses the advantages of using CAI courseware in the training which involves dual parties and is based on network.
