线粒体在卵子和早期胚胎发育中的研究 被引量:5

摘要 线粒体是胞质中重要和独特的细胞器。在卵子成熟和胚胎早期发育过程中,线粒体经历了一系列形态和位置的改变,其结构尤其内膜的各种成分与线粒体的功能密切相关。线粒体DNA(mtDNA)具有较高的突变率和缺失率,卵子中完整mtDNA拷贝数或者mtDNA转录水平与发育潜能有关。在线粒体内,通过氧化磷酸化作用进行能量转换生成三磷酸腺苷(ATP),为细胞的各项活动提供能量。胚胎的发育与线粒体膜电位呈正相关。通过转胞质治疗改善缺陷卵子,恢复卵子支持胚胎正常发育的能力。
