超促排卵前卵巢储备功能的评估 被引量：4

摘要 体外受精-胚胎移植周期中,卵巢储备功能可以直接影响其妊娠结局。在超促排卵前通过年龄、体质量指数、基础内分泌激素与细胞因子浓度、超声检查及诱发性实验对卵巢储备功能进行评估,既有利于从疗效的角度筛选患者,制定个体化的治疗方案,又可作为病因诊断,解释部分原因不明不孕的病因。
