生长分化因子-9和卵母细胞体外成熟培养 被引量:1

摘要 人卵母细胞体外成熟培养(IVM)在辅助生殖技术中逐渐显示出重要的临床价值。但胚胎发育潜能差,妊娠率低,阻碍了其在临床上的广泛应用。某些细胞因子可能是卵母细胞体外培养的新研究途径,为研究生长分化因子-9(QDF-9)的现状及其在IVM中的作用,参考国内外近年来的研究,发现GDF-9能促进卵母细胞的正常生长及减数分裂,促进初级卵泡颗粒细胞继续生长、增殖,对卵泡的生长和分化起着重要作用,可能是卵母细胞体外培养研究的新途径。
