抗苗勒激素与女性生殖

摘要 抗苗勒激素(anti Mullerian hormone,AMH)属于转化生长因子家族的一种糖蛋白,由睾丸支持细胞和卵巢颗粒细胞分泌,具有调节细胞发育及分化、促进苗勒氏管退化的重要作用。自1947年Jost证实抗苗勒激素的存在以来,各国学者对其在女性生殖领域的作用展开了广泛的研究。现就抗苗勒激素与卵泡发育及多囊卵巢综合征、辅助生殖技术、生殖系统肿瘤等方面的关系加以综述。
