摘要
目的了解医院托管方式对医院文化的影响。方法对上海市4所二级甲等医院托管的方式及托管后的文化调整状况进行了分析。结果总体上4所医院职工认可了托管后的医院文化,总评分为3.08~4.05分(满分为5分)。但对医院文化管理的评价相对较低(除丁医院)。结论医院管理者应充分重视托管过程中的医院文化建设,针对医院文化调整的难点加以改进。
Objective To understand the effects of entrusting management on hospital culture. Methods The mode and cultural adjustment of four class A second-tier hospitals with entrusting management in Shanghai were analyzed. Results On the whole, the personnel in the four hospitals recognized the post-entrusting hospital culture and gave the scores between 3. 08 and 4. 05 with the maximum score being 5. However, the general appraisal of hospital culture management was relatively low. Conclusion The hospital manager should attach more importance to the culture construction of hospital during the course of entrusting, and make efforts to solve the problems in hospital cultural adjustment.
