普通皂化油在铸铁件发黑处理中的应用

The Application of Saponated Petroleum to Black Finishing Treatment of Cast Iron

针对传统的低温碱性发黑处理工艺及常温发黑处理工艺对铸铁件进行发黑处理时存在的缺陷,通过一系列试验并由实践证明,本文提出的一种新的工艺方法,即使用普通皂化油作为发黑剂对铸铁件进行发黑处理的效果较为理想。

Since there exist some defects in the application of traditional alkaline black finishing treatment in low and normal atmospheric temperature to black finishing treatment of cast iron, a new and more ideal technology is put forward, based on experiments which have been proved in practice, that saponated petroleum, as a black finish, is applied in black finishing treatment of cast iron. This paper aims at discussing this new technology with those of the same occupation.
