摘要
本文基于对未来社区医疗服务需求分析,并结合第三代移动通信(3G)技术,本着以人为本的服务理念,尝试把3G技术引入社区医疗信息系统,并对移动化社区医疗信息系统构建作了初步的探讨。
Based on the demand, primary health care information struction of primary health care analyzes the community service of medical treatment. Dessribes 3G techniques into the system with the idea of the humanistic services and studies primarily the mobile coninformation system .
