后装治疗机的现状及其在宫颈癌中的应用 被引量:17

摘要 后装治疗机是近距离放疗的主流设备,广泛应用于宫颈癌等恶性肿瘤的治疗,疗效肯定。近20年来,国内外的后装机不断换代,发展迅速,放射源的改进和后装治疗计划系统的优化使后装治疗机的性能大大提高,本文就后装治疗机的现状及其在宫颈癌中的应用进行综述。 At present, the breach-loading machine is used widely to treat the patients with malignant tumor, especially cervical cancer. The curative effect of breach-loading radiotherapy is positive. With the improvement of radioactive source and treatment planning system, the breach- loading machine has developed rapidly in recent 20 years. In the paper, the development of breach-loading machine and its application in cervical cancer treatment is presented.
