摘要
综述了活性炭纤维的产品性能,采用甲苯及甲乙酮的活性炭纤维吸附回收装置处理含甲苯与甲乙酮的废气。由于采用了优越的吸附材料和先进的工艺设计,使吸收率达95%以上,它具有活性炭纤维用量少、装置占地面积小、全自动运行、吸附解吸速度快和减少污染等一系列优点,收到了很好的环保效益和经济效益。
Specific properties of activated carbon fiber were summarized. An activated carbon fiber adsorption unit was developed and installed to treat the waste gas from the MEK-Toluene dewaxing unit. The application result showed that the recovery rates of methyl ethyl ketone and toluene were higher than 95 % attributed to the advanced technique design and the good adsorption materials adopted. The unit had the advantages of less carbon fiber consumption, small layout and low pollution, etc. The environmental protection and economic effect were improved.
