正交设计优选铁筷子甾体皂苷成分的超声提取工艺 被引量:7

摘要 研究了超声提取铁筷子中甾体皂苷的最佳工艺。采用正交设计优化铁筷子总皂苷提取工艺,利用大孔吸附树脂分离方法,以比色法检测铁筷子总皂苷的含量。影响铁筷子超声提取的的因素为乙醇浓度>提取时间>提取温度>溶剂量,其最佳提取工艺参数为提取溶剂50%乙醇,溶剂量5倍,提取温度60℃,提取时间30 min,铁筷子总皂苷的得率达到3.163%。 The optimum procedure of extracting steroid saponins from H. thibetanus by ultrasonic extractinon technique was studied. The orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the alcohol extraction process. The macroporous resin column separation was used. The contents of saponins from H. thibetanus were determined by colourmetric method. The order of the factors which affected extraction was: concentration of ethanol〉extraction time〉extraction temperature〉dosage of solvent. The optimum condition of ultrasonic extractinon technique was as follows;when the solid dissolved in ethanol which the concentration was 500 mL/L; the dosage of solvent was 5; the extraction temperature was 60℃ ; the extraction time was 30 min. The yield of total saponins was up to 31.63 mg/g.
