摘要
以辣椒花药培养的单倍体植株和种子来源的植株为试材,研究两者之间叶片气孔保卫细胞外围周长值的差异。结果表明:单倍体植株与二倍体种子来源植株之间叶片气孔保卫细胞外围周长值的差异极显著,周长值小于103.3μm的为单倍体,大于103.3μm的为二倍体。并且两者在第5片叶中不同部位的气孔保卫细胞外围周长值较稳定,可将其作为鉴定辣椒植株倍性的辅助指标。
The difference of stoma guard cell circumferences (L) was studied by both microspore-derived haploid plantlets and seed-germinated diploid plantlets of Capsicum annuum L. The results showed that the difference between them reached highly significant level. These plants with stoma guard cell circumferences shorter than 103.3 μm were haploid, and those withstoma guard cell circumferences longer 103.3μm were diploid. The stoma guard cell circumferences in the fifth leaf among these plantlets were relatively steady. So the stoma guard cell circumferences of plantlets could be used as a subsidiary index to estimate the ploidy level of Capsium annuam L.
