摘要
针对目前摩擦提升机深度指示器由于钢丝绳与主导轮之间存在相对滑动而产生指针与提升容器在井筒中的位置不完全对应的问题,提出改变目前提取传感信号的途径,利用电子技术及单片微型计算机技术,设计出数字显示的集深度指示、速度显示、加速度显示于一体的新型摩擦提升深度指示器.介绍了系统的组成及检测原理,阐述了实现位移、速度、加速度检测功能的计算机软件设计思想,为提升机深度指示器向电子数字化发展提供了新的思路.
To counter the problem that the pointer of the friction hoist depth indicator does not match with the position of the hositing cage in shaft,due to relative sliding between the steel wire and the main guide wheel, we propose to change the old ways for sensor signal extraction, and to adopt electronic and clip micro computer technology to design a new type of friction hoist depth indicator combined with depth indicator,speed and acceleration display. The system structure and detection principle are introduced, the design thought for a kind of computer software with displacement, speed and acceleration detection functions is ex pounded, which can be some help to the development of electronic digital hoist depth indicator.
