按化学结构分类概述失眠和发作性嗜睡型睡眠紊乱治疗药物的研究与开发。失眠和发作性嗜睡是常见的两种睡眠紊乱疾病,严重影响人类的身体健康和生活质量,并可导致其他疾病的发生和发展,应受到重视并得到及时而恰当的治疗。
According to chemical structure, the research and development of the medication for insomnia and narcolepsy were summarized classifiedly. Insomnia and narcolepsy, two common sleep disorders which impair people＇ s health and quality of life and even result in the occurrence and development of other diseases, should be given much concern and treated timely and correctly.
