摘要
为了确保8098A加采集精度，必须要克服A／D转换的死区，保证模拟基准源的稳定和应用系统的稳定．本文分析了上述三因素对A／D采集精度的影响，提出了消除这些影响因素的相应措施．
In order to ensure the sample precision of 8098 A/D, the dead area for A/D convertion must be eliminated, the stability of analog reference source and the stability of application system must be guaranteed. The innuence of the above factors over the sample precision of 8098 A/D is analyzed, and the measures to eliminate the innuence are presented.
