从加强数字化信息资源建设、制定数字图书馆建设规划、加强知识产权保护、优化网络环境、提高专业技术人员队伍素质等方面,探讨了加强数字图书馆建设的具体措施。
This paper probes into some concrete measures for strengthening the construction of digital library from aspects of strengthening the construction of digital information resources, working out the construction planning of digital library, strengthening the protection of intellectual property, optimizing the network environment, and improving the quality of the professional technical ranks, etc.
