摘要
分析了某小型高新技术企业实施的激励方案中存在的问题,提出了共性与个性相结合的激励方案。
Through analyzing the problems existing in the motivation scheme implemented by a certain small-sized high-tech enterprise, this paper advances a motivation scheme of combining the similarity and the individuality.
