Talking about the Construction Management of the Engineering Project

从施工组织设计的编制与实施出发,结合当前的工程实际,分析了施工管理工作中存在的问题,指出施工组织设计的编制与实施应该贯穿于施工管理的全过程,达到优质、低耗、高速的目标,取得最好的经济效益和社会效益。

Starting from the compiling and implementing the construction organization design, and connecting with the current practice of the engineering, this paper analyzes on the problems existing in the construction management, and points out that the compilation and implementation of the construction organization design should run through the whole course of the construction management for achieving the goal of high-quality, low consumption and high speed and obtaining the best economic and social benefits.
