现阶段宁夏社会主义新农村建设的发展策略

Study on the current development strategy of building the new socialism countryside in Ningxia

中国共产党提出了新时期建设社会主义新农村的重大历史任务,标志着我国经济建设步入了一个新的发展阶段.针对目前宁夏新农村建设中存在的主要问题,提出在新农村建设过程中应坚持做好充分发挥政府和农民的积极性,坚持用现代理念教育农民,以工业理念谋划农业,以城市理念建设农村,大力开展“村企互动”,共建新农村活动等项工作.

The momentous historical mission, constructing new socialism countryside, was put forward by the Communist Party of China in new century, which symbolized a new developing phase of socialism economic development in our country. Focusing on the main problems of the process of building the new socialism countryside in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, the three flowing points are pointed out to be paid much attention： （1） the positivity of government and farmer should be full used of; （2） insisting on educating farmer with modern idea, developing agriculture with industrial thought, constructing countryside with city method; （3） vigorously carrying on the mutual-construction by farmer and enterprises.
