摘要
本文自行组装一套流动注射(FIA)——分光光度计装置,根据高浓度差示光度法原理,研究了合适的工作条件,并对灭菌生理盐水中氯离子进行测定。实验结果表明,本方法设备简单。分析速度快,方便易行,并与药典方法相对照,不存在显著性差异。
Flow injection of chloride in soua pro injection has been carried out spectrophotometrically by a single set- up single sample.The mercury thiocyanate is reacts in the determinations of chloride.This accurate and rapid method gave the comparable results of the official method.
