摘要
运用文献综述方法,论述了运动免疫学的研究方法,运动对人体免疫系统的影响;讨论了运动免疫学的分子基础;提出了运动免疫学今后的研究重点。
By the Study of literature,the author expounds the research methods of exercise immunology and the effects of exercises on immune system. At the same time,the molecular basis of exercise immunology is discussed and the key points in the future study of exercise immunology are proposed in the present paper-
