摘要
平班水电站工程从2001年初筹建,2005年8月底全部3台机组投产发电,由于高度重视工程造价的管理工作,比合理工期提前近一年,同时抢回了地质灾害原因延误的5个月工期,工程建设达到了控制投资、降低工程成本、提高投资效益的目的,实现了进度快、质量好、投资省的工程建设目标。文章主要就平班工程投资控制及降低工程造价采取的主要措施和取得的成效进行介绍。
Pingban Hydropower Station Project was prepared at the beginning of 2001 and completed at the end of August of 2005 when all of three units were put into operation to generate electric power. Thanks to the management over project cost, the project was completed nearly one year ahead of rational construction period, without any delay for a five-month construction period caused by geologic disasters. As the investment is controlled, the cost is reduced, and the investment benefit is increased, the construction of the project is characterized by fast speed, good quality and less investment. Major measures and achievements on investment control and coast reduction for Pingban Hydropower Station Project are explained in this paper.
