摘要
喷动床是处理粗颗粒物料的高效反应器.应用粒子图像测速仪(PIV)研究了喷动床导向管内粗颗粒物料的运动规律,测量了粗颗粒物料的瞬态流场及湍流度分布.粒子运动速度基本是轴对称的,轴心处速度最高;而在近壁处低,当喷动气流速度增加时粒子湍流度也增加,轴心处湍流度高于近壁处的湍流度.管中的流动湍动十分剧烈,湍流度始终很大,这加强了气流和物料间的热量和质量的传递.
Spouted bed is an efficient reactor for handling the coarse particle materials. In order to measure the instantaneous particle flow in draft tube of spouted bed, PIV system was applied. The instantaneous axial and radial velocity distributions and turbulence law of particle were obtained. The particle velocity is symmetrical in draft tube, and high in the central region and low in the region near the wall of tube. As the air velocity increasing, the velocity of particle increases. The turbulence intensity is higher in the centre than near the wall. The turbulence intensity is always high and the heat and mass transfer between the air and grain phase are enhanced.
