摘要 试验用烘烧的手段去除钕铁硼废料中水分或油分的方法,使基体金属转化为有脆性的氧化物,便于研磨混合,从而解决了分析样品的均匀性问题。研究氢氟酸分离杂质、EDTA容量法测定稀土总量的方法,两次消除杂质离子干扰,提高了分析结果的准确度。样品分析结果的相对标准偏差为1.41%,方法重现性好。 The method of removing the water or oil from the Neodymium-iron-boron waste material by drying and burning was tested in this thesis. The analyzing sample was well mixed after we turned the substrate metal transforms as the oxide compound of brittle. The method of content testing of rare earth by hydrofluoric acid separating and EDTA capacity measuring was researched. The accuracy of the analyzing result was increased by removing the impurities ion twice. The RSD value was 1.41% and the testing result was repeated well.
