摘要
依据应力强度干涉模型,运用概率论计算出垫片密封的可靠度,根据垫片的残余应力、介质压力、物性参数和垫片尺寸计算出垫片密封的泄漏率,提出了将可靠度、泄漏率、寿命、价格和安装检修难易程度作为垫片密封综合评价的5个因素,用模糊数学理论进行综合评价,从而为垫片密封的选型提供理论依据。
According to the intervening model of stress and intensity, calculation of the reliabilityof gasket seal is done by probability theory. According to the residual stress of gasket, medium pressure, property parameters of matter, and dimension of gasket, calculation of the leakage rate of gasket seal was done. Thus,reliability, leakage rate, longevity,price,installation and repair were brought forward as 5 factors of overall evaluation, using process of the overall evaluation by fuzzy mathematics theory thus a theory principle for selecting of gasket seal is provided.
